The last Victorian election in 2022 saw the DLP's vote increase to the fifth highest of any party in the state and the successful election of an upper house DLP member. We also only narrowly missed out on the election of two additional upper house candidates.
Since that time, disillusionment of the Victorian public with the extreme left ALP government and the left-leaning so-called "Liberals" has only increased and we are confident that this time the DLP vote will be even higher.
The DLP's strong pro-family values message and our imaginative policies offering real cost of living relief, including an unmatched affordable housing plan, represent a genuine centre-right alternative for Victorians.
