Thanks for your interest in joining the Democratic Labour Party of Australia.

You can join up either as a supporting member (no cost), or as a full member of the DLP.

Supporting Member
Supporting members help the DLP register for both State and Federal elections.

As a supporting member, you do not owe any further obligations to the Party, although you are welcome to attend public meetings, help in campaigns, et cetera.

Full Members - $20 per year
Full membership entitles you to attend Party meetings, propose and vote on motions, be nominated as a delegate to State or Federal Conference, be nominated as a candidate in State and Federal elections and join a policy development committee to help shape Party policy. Full members also have the opportunity to stand for election to State or Federal Executive, the central democratic decision-making bodies of the DLP.
